How to fix Dell laptop that keeps restarting itself?

So many people use Dell laptop for their personal and professional work. Dell laptops are very reliable machine but sometime user encounters some issue due to so many reasons. One such issue that is faced by user is that Dell laptop keeps restarting automatically. This issue occurs due to corrupt hard disk, corrupt RAM or virus infection.   1. Firstly put the Windows set up drive in to driver and restart your laptop. Now press the F12 key and boot the laptop.
  2. You will see “Click your computer” option, hit Enter. Now choose the “command prompt” option from the system recovery options. Choose your OS.
  3. Type ‘chkdsk/r’ option in the command prompt and hit Enter. Let the diagnosis and repair process finish.
  4. Now check if the problem is still occurring.

  1. Again restart your laptop and press and press F12 key until Dell logo appears.
  2. Click ‘Diagnosis’ option. Diagnosis test will tell you whether the problem is in your battery or hard disk or somewhere else. If the issue is with your battery then buy a new battery to solve the issue.
  3. Now restart your laptop and it should be fine now.
